Rapper Kevin Federline is reportedly seeking another emergency custody hearing over concerns about his ex-wife Britney Spears' driving.
According to People magazine, Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, made the request after Federline previously asked that his ex-wife not be allowed to drive with their two children in the car.
A videotape recently emerged which showed Spears allegedly running a red light in Los Angeles while her sons and a court monitor were in the car with her.
Spears' lawyer Sorrell Trope later told the magazine: "Ms Spears was being mobbed by paparazzi at the time. She was distracted. This was not blatant irresponsible driving on her part."
During last week's custody hearing Spears was accused of not responding in a timely manner to eight of the 14 drug test requests that were made by the court.
The singer is currently allowed to see her sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James twice a week, with a court-appointed monitor present.
