Following weeks of speculation singer Jennifer Lopez has finally confirmed she is pregnant with her first child.
Recently Lopez dismissed reports she was expecting, despite her designer Roberto Cavalli announcing she was pregnant.
Digital Spy reports that last night she shared her baby news with fans at a concert in Miami. She told 10,000 concert-goers that she and her singer husband, Marc Anthony, were expecting.
Throughout the show J.Lo joked about the news, holding her stomach and saying: "You don't mind if I catch my breath for a minute?"
Anthony claimed that he was unaware that his wife was going to speak out about the pregnancy, saying "I didn't know she was going to talk", and then bent down to kiss her stomach.
Lopez claimed she waited until the end of the tour to speak out about the baby because she did not want people to worry about her health. She did not say when the baby is due.
