Louis Walsh has met up with Boyzone to discuss a possible reunion for the boyband.

The pop group split up seven years ago and band member Ronan Keating fired Walsh as his manager in 2003, but the group have apparently reconciled their differences and held a meeting on Friday to plan a comeback.

According to The Sun, Keating, Stephen Gately, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy attended a meeting with record label bosses at Chelsea's Conrad Hotel

The hotel is a favourite destination for Take That and Westlife and an onlooker at the meeting said: "Ronan and the gang were all there laughing and having a great time."

Boyzone enjoyed six No 1 singles in the UK during their 1990s heyday, but their solo careers have taken them in very different directions including soap, reality TV and musical theatre.

A source commented: "Boyzone hope to do some gigs and have an album out in 2008."
