Coronation Street bosses have insisted that actress Helen Flanagan wear an extra-short skirt in new scenes being filmed for the soap.
Flanagan, 17, who plays Rosie Webster, was told that her gold outfit and six-inch stilettos were not sexy enough for scenes in which her character attempts to seduce teacher John Stape (Graeme Hawley).
An insider told the Mirror: "When Helen came back to the set people's eyes nearly popped out.
"The gold mini was virtually a pelmet, just covering her bum. It certainly made an impact for the storyline."
Stape is not the first older man Rosie's had her eye on.
At the moment, she is currently doing all she can to turn Liam's (Rob James-Collier) head and it remains to be seen whether Rosie will get her man.
