Led Zeppelin are rumoured to be planning a second reunion performance in Belfast in 2009, according to reports.

Earlier this month the rock legends attracted millions of people to register for the chance to buy a pair of £125 (€183) tickets for their one-off show at the London O2 Arena on 26 November.

At the time the band insisted that the memorial concert for Ahmet Ertegun would be the only show, but reports now claim that the three remaining members have been secretly planning another gig.

According to The Belfast Telegraph, singer Robert Plant wants to bring the group back to Belfast’s Ulster Hall - where the band first played their classic hit ‘Stairway to Heaven’ in the spring of 1971.

The Ulster Hall is currently undergoing refurbishment and is due to re-open late next year.
