Actor Will Ferrell is auctioning a cameo role for his new movie in order to raise money for a friend's cancer charity.
According to reports, Ferrell wants to raise funds for his friend Craig Pollard's Cancer for College Foundation.
Online bidding for the role is due to begin today and continue until 26 September, with the winning bidder being revealed on 27 September.
Filming for the movie 'Step Brothers' is due to begin in October. The opening bid for the film cameo is $5,000.
