Civil engineering graduate Lauren McAvoy has been crowned 'Britain's Next Top Model'.
The 20-year-old beat 11 rivals in the final stages of the third series of the Living TV show.
Speaking about her win, the model said: "I'd gone so long convinced I would be packing my bags, so to be told I'd won was a surreal moment."
"Now I just can't wait to start showing the modelling world what I'm made of," she said.
'Britain's Next Top Model' presenter Lisa Snowdon said: "Lauren epitomises a worthy winner. She never lost focus and always possessed that positive mentality you need to survive the industry."
"She's got a real sparkle about her, and that's proved to be her driving force," she said.
