Jennifer Aniston is to star opposite Owen Wilson in the big screen adaptation of John Grogan's bestselling book 'Marley & Me'.
Variety reports that Grogan's memoir tells the story of the hyperactive Labrador who caused mayhem in his life but became a vital part of his family.
The film will be directed by David Frankel, who also helmed 'The Devil Wears Prada'.
Production on the film is due to begin early next year.
