It is reported today by Digitalspy that former Big Brother contestant Chanelle Hayes has failed to meet her idol Victoria Beckham during her trip to Los Angeles.
Chanelle, who models herself on the Spice Girl, went to an LA Galaxy game in a bid to meet her idol. However she was prevented from entering the VIP area by the Beckhams' security guards. Victoria was watching her husband David in his first full debut for his new club with friends and the couple's three children.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "There was no way Chanelle was getting past Posh's security. She is flattered that Chanelle is a fan but she is in no rush to meet her."
It was reported earlier this week that the 19-year-old turned down an offer to return to the Big Brother house in favour of going to the US in the hope of meeting her idol.
