Rapper Kevin Federline has reportedly filed for primary physical custody of his two sons with ex-wife Britney Spears.
According to People magazine, documents were filed at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday by Federline's lawyer.
The couple's divorce was finalised two weeks ago, with Spears and Federline agreeing to a 50-50 custody arrangement for their young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
However, a source close to Federline told the magazine that the rapper was determined to get primary custody of the boys because he was worried about the "unnecessary risk" that his ex-wife might be exposing them to.
Spears' lawyer was not available to comment on the reports.
