Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's divorce has been finalised, according to official papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday.
People magazine reports that Spears' lawyer Laura Wasser confirmed that their current 50-50 custody arrangement for their two children would remain in place.
Wasser said: "I think she's okay with the terms. I think both of them would prefer to have more custody, and that can be worked out down the line."
No comment was made on the couple's financial settlement after the papers had been signed.
Spears filed for divorce from Federline in November of last year. The couple have two young children together, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
