Sharon Osbourne reportedly did not attend her father Don Arden's funeral because she was too distressed.
The music mogul, who launched the careers of bands like the Small Faces, Electric Light Orchestra and Black Sabbath, died aged 81 in a Los Angeles nursing home on 21 July.
Arden had become estranged from his daughter for a number of years after Sharon began managing her husband Ozzy Osbourne's career.
However, the pair reconciled in 2002 after Arden developed Alzheimer's disease.
Sharon flew back to the UK earlier this week for the funeral in her father's native Salford in Manchester but didn't attend the ceremony because of the immense grief.
"Sharon was too traumatised to go," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
