Pop singer Britney Spears is "not dating" her bodyguard Daimon Shippen, according to sources close to the singer.
People magazine reports that Shippen is the mystery man that Spears has recently been photographed with.
A source told the magazine: "He's her bodyguard and manny (male nanny). They're not dating."
The source also said that while Shippen was "tickled" by the media attention "he really wants to focus on his job: taking care of the kids and of her".
The magazine also says that Shippen was the security guard who caught Spears' son Sean Preston when the singer stumbled in New York in May 2006 with the baby in her arms.
