Kelly Rowan, who played Kirsten Cohen in 'The OC', is to marry Canada's richest man, David Thomson.
A spokesperson for the actress confirmed yesterday that Rowan would marry the billionaire later this year.
E! Online reports that the duo met last year when Ottawa native Rowan was working in Toronto.
It will be 41-year-old Rowan's first marriage; 50-year-old Thomson has been married twice previously and has three children.
Thomson's wealth is estimated at $22bn, which ranks him as the 10th richest man in the world, according to Forbes.
