Actor Matthew McConaughey has been named Bachelor of the Year by People magazine.
The 37-year-old topped the annual list of hottest bachelors published by the magazine, beating actors Zach Braff and Jake Gyllenhaal and singer Justin Timberlake.
The actor, who is frequently photographed without a shirt, said she enjoys the summer weather and staying fit.
McConaughey said: "What better way to enjoy it than at the beach, where few people wear shirts?"
"I don't really have a workout regimen I follow. I just live my life. My goal is to break a sweat each day."
Last year former 'American Idol' star Taylor Hicks was named Bachelor of the Year.
