Paul Haggis, the Oscar-winning writer-director of 'Crash', is to return to the James Bond franchise to work on the script for the 22nd film in the 007 series.
Haggis was also one of the writers of the screenplay for last year's Bond adventure 'Casino Royale'.
The Los Angeles Times says that he will work on the new script once 'Casino Royale' writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade have completed it.
A director for the film has yet to be announced; it will be released on 7 November 2008.
