Actor Ryan Phillippe is seeking joint custody of his two children with actress Reese Witherspoon.
According to People magazine, the 32-year-old filed papers last week in response to Witherspoon's divorce petition.
Phillippe cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the couple's split and asked for child visitation rights to be "equally allocated".
According to the report, Phillippe is not seeking any spousal support from Witherspoon.
He is not blocking the actress from seeking spousal support from him.
