With his new film 'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End' opening in Irish cinemas on 24 May, Johnny Depp has said that he would be open to making a fourth film in the blockbuster franchise.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly magazine, Depp said: "As long as you're doing it for the right reasons, why not? If we came up with a story where we could explore something absurd or funny or totally insane."
In the interview Depp also praised Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, who plays his character Captain Jack Sparrow's father in the film.
"What I didn't expect was he was going to be such a great actor," said Depp. "It was like a gunslinger who arrived in the town, charmed all the women and impressed all the men and then split."
