Amy Winehouse leads the shortlist for this year's Mojo Awards with three nominations.

Winehouse is nominated for Song of the Year for 'Rehab' and Best Album for 'Back to Black'.

She is also nominated in the Best Live Act category.

Commenting on Winehouse's album, Mojo's Editor-in-Chief, Phil Alexander, said: "When you play it to people that aren't that bothered about music they go, 'My God, this is amazing'."

He continued: "Amy Winehouse has managed to make an album that will really stand the test of time. She has really found her voice. Now the sky is the limit for her. There is nothing that can stop her apart from herself."

Arctic Monkeys have received two nominations: Song of the Year for 'Brianstorm' and Best Live Act.

The other nominees for Song of the Year are: The Gossip for 'Standing in the Way of Control'; Guillemots for 'Made Up Love Song No 43' and The View for 'Same Jeans'.

The other nominees for Best Album are: Bob Dylan for 'Modern Times'; The Good The Bad & The Queen for their eponymous debut; Grinderman for their eponymous debut and Midlake for 'The Trials of Van Occupanther'.

Arcade Fire, The Stooges and The Who will compete against Winehouse and Arctic Monkeys for the Best Live Act award.

The winners will be announced on 18 June in London.
