Singer Lily Allen has revealed she was beaten up at the Glastonbury festival - and saved by Kate Moss.
Allen said she was set upon by a group of girls who stabbed her with a beer can.
The 21-year-old singer is currently in the midst of a high street battle with supermodel Moss after the pair designed rival fashion ranges.
But Allen told ITV's This Morning: "I only have nice things to say about Kate. She actually jumped to my defence a couple of years ago at the Glastonbury festival.
"These girls beat me up and she was the one person that stood in and said, 'leave her alone, you're being a bully'."
Asked about the attack, Allen explained: "They stabbed me in the ear with a beer can and cut my ear open and I had two black eyes, it was a nightmare.
"
It was just girls being silly. I think one of them thought I was sleeping with her boyfriend or something - which I wasn't!"
She continued: "I was young and they were older than me and they were bullying me and Kate Moss stood in and said, 'stop being mean'. I have nothing bad to say about her, she's only been lovely to me."
Allen's designs for chain New Look hit the shops yesterday.
