Matthew Perry is to star opposite Hilary Swank in a new comedy called 'Laws of Motion'.
The Hollywood Reporter says the film tells the story of a husband (Perry) who is trying to deal with a demanding job and neighbours, and the problems caused by his free-spirited siblings.
Swank will play Perry's neighbour, a character described as "all-too-perfect".
Production on the film is due to begin this month with Swank among the producers.
