'Saving Private Ryan' star Ed Burns has been cast opposite 'Grey's Anatomy' star Catherine Heigl in her new romantic comedy '27 Dresses'.
The film tells the story of a single woman (Heigl) who has been a bridesmaid 27 times.
She is asked to be the bridesmaid at her sister's (Malin Akerman) wedding, but her sister's fiancé (Burns) is the man she is madly in love with.
Shooting on the film begins in the summer.
