Sharon Osbourne is to appear opposite David Hasselhoff and Piers Morgan as a judge on the second season of the NBC TV series 'America's Got Talent'.
The Jerry Springer-hosted show returns to US TV on 29 May.
Announcing Osbourne's participation, Craig Plestis, Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming, Development and Specials, NBC Entertainment, said: "Sharon Osbourne is showbusiness personified and she has seen and done it all. She will make an excellent fit with David and Piers, who we're delighted to have back for another great season."
The series' Executive Producer, Simon Cowell, said: "On this show, it just had to be Sharon Osbourne."
