ITV show 'The X Factor' was today reprimanded by phone watchdog Icstis after viewers were overcharged a total of £200,000.
The channel avoided a fine over the vote scandal that was exposed in February.
'X Factor' is one of several TV shows under scrutiny after viewers who voted through their remote control red buttons were charged 50p instead of 30p.
Richard and Judy's 'You Say, We Pay' is also under investigation, as are shows including the BBC's 'Saturday Kitchen' and Vernon Kay's 'Gameshow Marathon'.
ITV pledged to donate the extra revenue to Childline.
