Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's divorce will become official on 24 April.
The couple married in July 1992.
Official papers list the divorce as "uncontested", ruling that neither Houston nor Brown will receive spousal support.
Houston has been granted physical and legal custody of the couple's daughter, 14-year-old Bobbi Kristina. Brown will have a "reasonable right of visitation."
Houston filed for divorce in October, citing irreconcilable differences. During their marriage, Brown was arrested several times and Houston twice entered drug rehabilitation programs.
