The hotel heiress was not present for yesterday’s hearing, which was conducted almost entirely with lawyers at the bench speaking privately with the judge.
The judge later announced that the matter would be postponed to 4 May and Hilton was ordered to appear.
She is currently on probation after being involved in a reckless driving case - but the fact she's been driving again means she could be looking at up to 90 days in jail.
