Pop singer Britney Spears has made her first public outing since finishing her treatment programme in rehab.
According to People magazine, Spears attended a dance class at the Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood last Friday night and later joined a group of friends for a meal.
Spears, who wore a wig during her outing, took part in an advanced-level hip-hop class with instructor Darrien Henning.
Henning told the magazine: "The minute she walked in, she basically lit up the room. I had no idea she was coming, so I was shocked."
"She did the choreography really well. In fact, she came in and nailed it," the instructor said. "All my students tried harder to get on their game."
Spears later went for Japanese food with a group of friends. She waved to waiting photographers as she left the restaurant.
