Brian McFadden has reportedly been dropped by his record label because of disappointing album sales, according to Digitalspy.co.uk.

The 26-year-old left Westlife in 2004 and quickly signed to Sony BMG to pursue a solo career.

His debut single 'Real To Me' reached number one in the UK in September of that year, but his most recent single - 'Everybody's Someone', a duet with country singer LeAnn Rimes - failed to crack the UK top 40.

British magazine Heat reports that music manager Louis Walsh, who manages Westlife, might be planning to work with McFadden in the future.
