Comedy show 'Extras', written and directed by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, will not return for a third season.
According to reports, the show will bow out with a special finale, instead of a third season.
'Extras', which guest-starred Ben Stiller, Kate Winslet, Patrick Stewart, was nominated for an Emmy last year.
A spokesperson for Gervais said of the finale: "We don't have a date or any details about the cast yet."
