Two NME Awards for Arctic Monkeys

Arctic Monkeys, My Chemical Romance and Muse were among the winners at the NME Awards in London last night.

Arctic Monkeys won two awards: Best Album for 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' and Best DVD for 'Scummy Man'.

Muse were voted Best British Band while My Chemical Romance won the award for Best International Band.

The frontmen of both bands also received accolades: Muse's Matt Bellamy was voted Sexiest Male while My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way was named Hero of the Year.

Jamie T won the Best Solo Artist award with the Klaxons voted Best New Band.

Best Video went to The Killers for 'Bones' and Kasabian won the Best Live Band award.

Robbie Williams' 'Rudebox' was named Worst Album, Lily Allen was named Worst Dressed and Panic! At The Disco were named Worst Band.
