Written and directed by Monster Animations’ Jason Tammemagi, who is originally from Rush in Co Dublin, the 39-episode series features the diverse animals in the world of Fluffy Gardens, with each episode introducing one animal and telling a complete story about them.
Commenting, Sheila DeCourcy, Commissioning Editor for RTÉ Young Peoples, said, "'Fluffy Gardens' is an exquisite animation series which interprets, for a pre-school audience, the new Ireland in which youngsters today are living."
She continued: "That this series was wholly made in Ireland is reflective of the strength of the Irish animation industry today which RTÉ is delighted to be supporting. Already there has been strong interest in the series from broadcasters across the world, however we are delighted to be the first to screen this series on 'Den Tots'."
