Winehouse won the British Female Solo Artist award while Morrison picked up the British Male Solo Artist award.
The Arctic Monkeys and The Killers were big winners at the ceremony last night, winning two awards each.
The Killers won the International Group award and the International Album award for 'Sam's Town'.
The Arctic Monkeys were named Best British Group and also won the British Album award for their debut 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not'.
Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado won the International Male Solo Artist and International Female Solo Artist awards respectively.
Take That were the winners of the British Single award for their comeback song 'Patience'.
The Fratellis won the British Breakthrough Act award and Muse won the British Live Act award.
Orson won the International Breakthrough Act award while Oasis were honoured with the Outstanding Contribution to Music award.
