Anna Nicole Smith could have been on 10 different types of medication in the run up to her death, according to a TV report in America.
MSNBC correspondent Rita Cosby claimed that the model had undergone two breast operations since giving birth five months ago.
She also said that Smith was taking the medication for post-surgery pain and that she may have been killed by the interactions between the numerous medications she was taking
A medical examiner said last week it was too early to say what caused Smith's death, but he ruled out physical injury or asphyxiation.
