Last year's 'Basic Instinct' sequel heads the list of nominations for the Golden Raspberry Awards, with a total of seven nominations, including a Worst Actress one for the film's star, Sharon Stone.
The nominations for the Golden Raspberry Awards, or Razzies, which annually honour the year's worst films, were announced 24 hours before the Academy Awards shortlist, which was unveiled in Los Angeles today.
'Basic Instinct 2' was also nominated in the categories for Worst Picture, Worst Supporting Actor for David Thewlis, Worst Director, Sequel, Screenplay and Screen Couple.
Its achievement was matched by the abysmal Wayans brothers' comedy, 'Little Man', which also got seven Razzie nominations.
Joining these films in the Worst Picture category are M Night Shyamalan's 'Lady In The Water', the 'Wicker Man' remake, and Uwe Boll's 'Bloodrayne'.
The Wayans brothers, Nic Cage, Rob Schneider, Tim Allen, and Dan Whitney are all nominated for Worst Actor.
Vying with Stone in the Worst Actress category are Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Kristanna Loken and sisters Hilary and Haylie Duff.
The Razzies ceremony will be held the day before the Academy Awards, on 24 February.
