Kanye West has revealed that Chris Martin will appear on a track on his upcoming album 'Graduation'.
Billboard reports that the collaboration with Martin, 'Homecoming', is likely to be the first single from the album, which is due later this year.
Martin recently appeared on a track on Jay-Z's new album 'Kingdom Come'.
West will once again work with multi-instrumentalist and producer Jon Brion on 'Graduation'.
