'American Idol' runner-up Katharine McPhee is to guest star on an upcoming episode of 'Ugly Betty'.
McPhee will play herself in the episode 'I'm Coming Out', which airs in the US on 1 February.
The storyline for the episode takes place during the Mode Fashion Week runway show.
'Ugly Betty' airs on RTÉ Two on Monday nights at 7pm.
McPhee will release her self-titled debut album at the end of the month.
