Singer George Michael has pleaded not guilty to a charge of being unfit to drive.
The singer was found by police on 30 September last year after worried motorists dialled 999 saying his Mercedes was causing an obstruction at traffic lights in Cricklewood, north London.
He was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive and for possession of what was believed to be cannabis.
Mr Michael's lawyer entered the plea at Brent Magistrates' Court, in London. The 43-year-old star did not attend the hearing.
A further hearing was set for 07 March to hear legal argument.
