'Celebrity Big Brother' has lost another housemate after film director Ken Russell decided to walk from the show following a bust-up with Jade Goody and her mother Jackiey.

The 79-year-old told Big Brother: "I knew there'd be a few surprises but not of the kind I experienced."

"I am a big old fuddy duddy and some of the surprises were a little too much to take for someone of my sensibility."

Ken argued with Jade at lunchtime after he chose to make a snack for himself instead of waiting for the servants to prepare food for him, as the rules of the latest task state.

Eight of the housemates are currently acting as servants to new family Jade, her boyfriend Jack, her mother Jackiey and old housemates Jermaine Jackson and Shilpa Shetty.

When Jade saw Ken making the food, she said: "You couldn't wait for your hungry belly."

Ken replied: "I think you're slightly demented darling. You should be put in a straitjacket."

Referring to Jackiey, he said: "Jackiey is upsetting everyone. She is unreasonable and seems to not have control of her tongue or her brain, if she has one."

The first housemate to leave the show was rocker Donny Tourette, who climbed over the garden fence after refusing to act as Jade's butler.
