Former 'Emmderdale' star Claire King is reported to be in talks to join the cast of the hit US show 'Desperate Housewives'.
According to The People, the 42-year-old actress, who recently took part in the reality show 'Strictly Come Dancing', caught the attention on producers while they were visiting the UK recently.
King is reportedly set to play the long-lost sister of regular character Edie Brit, who is played by Nicolette Sheridan.
A source told the paper: "Claire is so excited and will be playing on her strengths as a strong and sexy character."
