American actress Natasha Lyonne, who appeared in 'American Pie' and 'Scary Movie 2', has been freed by a court after a judge promised to dismiss the charges against her.
Lyonne had been charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and harassment in December 2004 after she entered a neighbour's apartment screaming and yelling, according to a misdemeanor complaint filed in court.
She allegedly told the neighbour: "I'm going to sexually molest your dog."
Because Lyonne had successfully completed a court-ordered drug program and paid $2,000 restitution, Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Anthony J Ferrara said that he was sentencing her to a conditional discharge.
She had previously been sentenced to probation following a drink-drive arrest.
As well as appearing in two of the 'American Pie' comedies, Lyonne also featured in 'Party Monster' and 'Blade: Trinity'.
