Television presenter and singer Charlotte Church has said that she "can't stand" footballers' wives and girlfriends because they are "too showy".
The 24-year-old, who is dating rugby star Gavin Henson, told Reveal magazine that you could not compare soccer players' partners to rugby players' partners.
Church said: "We're so not like the football WAGS - I'd never be like that. I can't stand the way they are. They're far too showy."
"I have some good friends among the girlfriends of the rugby players. It's great when we're all there cheering them on."
