Heather Mills has flashed her divorce plans for all to see.
Photographers snapped her holding a notepad with case notes stating she's "seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home".
Other scribbled phrases included, "continued access till divorce", "refused access if I have court order" and "contempt of court".
According to website itv.com, it's believed the home referred to is Peasmarsh, the £4 million estate Paul McCartney used as the family home for nearly forty years.
The Sussex pad was a present from Paul to his first wife Linda on their wedding in 1969.
