'X Factor' hopeful Ben Mills has revealed that he is plagued with nightmares about one of the show's judges, Simon Cowell.
The 26-year-old singer said that he is also beginning to feel nervous about his live performances. "When the nerves struck I felt ill and can't sleep," he said.
"I have been having some very strange dreams at the moment about being on stage and that kind of thing. I have dreams about Simon," he said.
"We are given a recording of ourselves to memorise our songs for the show and I listen to the recording before I get to sleep to try and learn it but maybe that's the problem."
Ben also said that he never suffered from stage-fright when he was younger, blaming the cameras for his sudden shyness.
"But it's thinking about the cameras that scares me. When it happened the first time on the show it was a massive surprise."
