Channel 4 has decided to stop broadcasting the 'Big Brother' finale live following a spate of pre-watershed swearing.
In future, the last show in the series will be broadcast with a time delay so that offensive language can be edited out.
The decision was made after viewers complained when Nikki Grahame and Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace both used the F-word before the watershed.
British broadcasting watchdog Ofcom ruled that Channel 4 had breached its code because of the swearing.
Ofcom said that, while it recognised the efforts Channel 4 had made to comply with broadcasting regulations, it was "surprising" that the channel had decided not to use a delay.
