Hollywood legend Al Pacino is due to arrive in Ireland to receive an honorary patronage from Trinity College tomorrow.
The actor will receive the honour from the University Philosophical Society, the oldest student society at the college.
Daire Hickey, President of the Society said "It is such an honour to host one of Hollywood's greatest legends. There's a great buzz around college and we're really looking forward to the event."
Pacino is due to film part of his new documentary 'Salomaybe', based on Oscar Wilde and his influences for writing 'Salomé', in Ireland.
