Australian pop star Kylie Minogue will be the subject of a new exhibition at London's Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum.
"This is our first exhibition dedicated to a pop star," a spokeswoman for the museum told Reuters. It will run from February until June 2007.
"We felt it was great to launch it because the V&A is a museum of fashion and design. It is interesting to see how she has crafted her image using her wardrobe," she added.
The exhibition, which was designed by the Arts Centre in Minogue's Melbourne hometown, includes 45 costumes worn by the diminutive Minogue.
The exhibits will feature the overalls she wore when playing mechanic Charlene in 'Neighbours' and the gold lame hot pants from her 2000 hit single 'Spinning Around'.
The Grammy Award-winning artist returns to the stage in Australia on 11 November to resume the tour she was forced to abandon after being diagnosed with breast cancer last year.
