Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has landed a role in a film called 'Runners With Cars'.
According to Sky News, the singer will play the part of a character called Emma in the new film.
Harding made it clear, however, that she is not planning to abandon pop music for the world of movies.
She said: "It's not the end of Girls Aloud, I just wanted to do something different."
"I only had to take three days out of our schedule to learn my lines and then a day to film it."
The singer also said: "It's only a short role and I'm really nervous it will end up on the cutting room floor, so I haven't told anyone about it until now."
