Singer George Michael has been arrested and cautioned over drugs possession, after being found slumped over the wheel of his car in London.
A police spokesperson confirmed that a 43-year-old man was taken into custody yesterday and was cautioned for having an illegal drug in his possession.
He was later released on bail and will be investigated in relation to driving in an unfit state.
The police spokesperson said: "At about 3.22am on Sunday morning officers were informed of a stationary vehicle with a driver inside causing an obstruction in north London."
The singer was also taken to hospital briefly as a precautionary measure.
