Actor Eric Dane has joined hit medical drama series 'Grey's Anatomy' as a regular cast member.
Dane appeared in one episode of the second season, 'Yesterday', as plastic surgeon Dr Mark Sloan, aka "McSteamy".
He made his regular debut in the series three episode 'I Am a Tree' on US television last Thursday.
The actor's other credits include 'Adrift', 'X-Men 3: The Last Stand' and the TV series 'Charmed'.
