Two years on from his last studio album and after many retirement rumours, Eminem will return to the recording world with the release of a mixtape disc this winter.
Billboard reports that 'Eminem Presents: The Re-Up' will be released on 5 December and features tracks from new artists on Eminem's label Shady Records, with Eminem producing the majority of songs and rapping on some also.
'The Re-Up' was originally planned as an underground release but Eminem said: "Instead of putting it out there rough and unfinished, I thought we should add some other new tracks, make it a real album and put it in the record stores to give these new artists a real boost."
Among the artists who feature on 'The Re-Up' are Ca$his, Stat Quo and Bobby Creekwater, with Eminem, Ca$his, 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks appearing on the first single 'You Don't Know'.
